How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – ProxSocial

Include the following information in your message:

  1. Full Name

  2. Email Address Registered With ProxSocial

  3. Platform(s) to Remove

    • Example: Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or All Connected Platforms

  4. Reason for Data Deletion

    • Example: No longer using the service, Privacy concerns, Duplicate account, Other

  5. Any Additional Details

    • Optional, but helpful for locating your account


What Happens Next

  1. We will verify your email and confirm your request.

  2. Your account and associated social platform data will be scheduled for deletion.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Processing typically takes up to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the request.


Note on Connected Social Platforms

Deleting your data from ProxSocial does not automatically revoke permissions in the social media platforms you connected.
For complete removal, we recommend also:

  • Visiting each social network’s Apps & Permissions page

  • Removing ProxSocial / ProxCentral Apps from authorized integrations
